My Name is Virginia Bernero. I was born and raised in Lansing, MI where my father is the Mayor and family still resides. I am currently a senior at Central Michigan University, studying Marketing and Advertising. Last semester (fall 2012) I studied at Florence University of the Arts in Italy. It was one of the best experiences of my life, and I'm sure that will forever remain true. Its been a long road of academia to get where I am today, and I'm just about to make the big transition into the "real world". As the time draws nearer for me to leave this safe haven of teachers and grades and dependency, I've made many goals for myself once I'm truly on my own. Not that I haven't had goals before this point, but these seem monumental. I am about to embark on such a unique situation. My summer won't be a break from school - its really the end of an era. I won't be coming back to an educational institution until I'm prepared to acquire a master's degree.
The point of my blog is to share my experiences, perspectives, opinions, and thoughts with the world. Included in that realm will be my reaction to various marketing and advertising happenings. Please comment with any relevant information! Thank you for your interest.
